Our San Diego facilities are comprised of three state-of-the-art sites that are dedicated to the development, manufacture and QC release of biological drug programs. With specialties in process development, analytics and cGMP manufacturing, their team of expert scientists can support programs from 50L to 2000L scale.

Our Bristol, PA site provides preclinical through commercial manufacturing support for bioconjugate drug programs, including ADCs, antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs), radionuclide antibody-conjugates (RACs) and radionuclide drug-conjugates (RDCs), cytokines, recombinant & conjugate vaccines and nanoparticles. With capabilities to support highly-potent (HPAPI) drug programs, they are experts in bioconjugation, complex chemistry and linker and payload design, development and manufacture.

Our Cambridge, UK site specializes in lead discovery services ahead of design and lead optimization into candidate selection for both complex biologics and bioconjugates including ADCs and AOCs. Cambridge’s services and solutions range from protein engineering to enhanced cell line development and bioassays & immunogenicity. We are committed to rapidly progressing monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), ADCs, and novel drug candidate programs from discovery to their next inflection point withe the maximum chance of success – underpinned by a solid foundation in analytics.
