Uday was most recently at Comar, a Med-Device CDMO, where he was EVP, Operations, Engineering & Innovation. Leveraging a solid foundation in industrial engineering and operations management, Uday previously held leadership positions at organizations such as B. Braun Medical, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Spirax Sarco. His areas of expertise encompass strategic capital investments, project and portfolio management, manufacturing technologies, and driving operational excellence. Uday is recognized for successfully leading continuous improvement initiatives and executing operational strategies across diverse manufacturing facilities. He also brings valuable experience in sales management and business operations. Uday’s academic credentials include a Diploma in Business Management, a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, and a Master’s in Management & Engineering.
