Tatyana Touzova is a senior biopharmaceutical executive with over 35 years of experience in drug development, regulatory affairs, and commercial manufacturing of biologics and complex therapeutics. She has led technical operations across multiple biotech and pharmaceutical companies, advancing recombinant proteins, vaccines, gene therapies, and combination products through all stages of development.

Currently, Tatyana serves as Chief Pharmaceutical Development and Manufacturing Officer at SERA Medicines, where she oversees CMC, regulatory, and nonclinical development from drug discovery through clinical stages. Prior to this, she held Chief Operating Officer roles at AstralBio, AlmataBio, and ValenzaBio, directing CMC, manufacturing, and regulatory operations for multiple clinical-stage programs.

Tatyana is a recognized expert in CMC strategy, GMP compliance, and global regulatory submissions. As a member of the Scientific Advisory Board, she brings deep operational insight and strategic leadership across the biologics development spectrum.
