Patrice Dudley Aviles is responsible for developing and executing all aspects of Abzena’s people strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
She leads labor relationship policies and practices, and talent acquisition, talent management; and diversity, inclusion and belonging.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Patrice has extensive knowledge in shaping culture and building a workplace to support transformative growth and has held roles with progressively increasing scope and responsibility at Pfizer, Amgen and Alexion with most recently Genentech/Roche.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University, New York. Additionally, she is a co-founder of Aspiring Women Now, LLC. which is dedicated to creating community to support and advance the aspirations of girls and women of color.
Patrice has previously held board positions with CARE New England Quality Committee, and Providence College Business School Advisory Council.
